JR Celski may have won a Bronze Medal at the winter Olympics for placing third in the 1,500 meter short track speed skating race but we reckon he could be a gold medallist in one of our Rake Races!

Celski has also been described as a very serious poker player who spends hours each week grinding. Celski hopes to balance his love of poker with his education when he attends the University of California later this year.

Celski follows in the wake of another famous Poker playing Olympian, Michael Phelps, and whilst he may not be rubbing shoulders with the likes of Phil Ivey in Vegas if he shows the same determination to succeed in his poker career as he has in his skating I’m sure one of the online poker rooms will snap him up.
