Terms and Conditions

• Dates of Promotion are 1st February 2011 to 30th April 2011 for Minted and Carbon, and 1st -28th February 2011 for Full Tilt and Ladbrokes
• All gifts will be sent out before the 31st May. No gifts will be shipped before the 1st of May under any circumstances except for FT and Ladbrokes which will be sent by 31st March. The gift will be sent to the player’s registered RTR Group account address. Please allow 30 working days for the gift to arrive. It is the customers own responsibility that the address is updated.
• If the gift has not arrived by the 1st of August the customer should notify admin@raketherake.com to investigate the whereabouts of the gift. Any additional cost for shipping caused by wrong details will be charged to the player.
• Only rake generated from the 1st of Feb 2011 until the 30th of April 2011 and registered by the rooms themselves will count towards this promotion for Minted and Carbon ,and 1st of February until the 28th of February for Full Tilt and Ladbrokes
• RTR Group reserves the right to send out a gift in any colour as long as it holds the following specification – iPad 16Gb W-Fi edition.
• Please note we will try to source the iPads in the country of the winning players but in some instances we will have to purchase the iPads in the UK and so they will have a UK plug.
• Therefore a local adapter may be required at the winner’s expense.
• It is the players own responsibility to pay any custom duties, taxes and storage charges incurred in the customers home country.
• By entering these promotions, you give permission for RTR Group to pass your details to any third party supplier of the iPads so they may contact you in the event that you win a prize. If you do not win anything in this promotion, your details will not be passed on without your explicit permission.
• If you are a winner and you do not have your delivery address confirmed after 3 attempts, you will be automatically credited with $600.
• If you are resident outside of the European Union you may choose to receive $600 instead of the iPad 16Gb Wi-Fi edition.
• Award of iPads is subject to availability, and RTR Group reserves the right in its absolute discretion to substitute the award of an iPad for $600 cash.
• Payments of the $600 cash prize will be made within two weeks of 31st May 2011.
• All winning accounts are subject to standard Fraud and Security checks to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions stated before any prizes are processed.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of the RTR Group management will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• We reserve the right to bar any promotion abusers from receiving any further promotions. Abusing includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts at poker rooms where they have an existing account in order to avail themselves of easier qualification criteria. In the event that a player does, RTR reserves the right not to award an iPad to that player and ban them from future promotions.
• No player may win more than 1 iPad at the same poker room during this promotion. However players may enter multiple iPad promotions across different poker rooms. E.g. a player can win an iPad at Full Tilt and Ladbrokes, but not 2 iPads from Ladbrokes.
• If you are a winner you agree to RTR Group contacting you by email or by phone to verify details.
• RTR Group reserves the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions at any time, without notice to players. Such amendments will become effective immediately upon being published on the RTR Group websites. It is the players’ sole responsibility to review the rules, policies and conditions, and remain abreast of any changes. All conditions are additional to the regular terms and conditions of Armchair Partners Ltd.
